Our Mission and Goal

As a youth-led nonprofit, we believe in the power of creativity to uplift spirits and foster connections among those facing hardships. We want these children to be able to connect and express with art freely. To these kids who may have experienced trauma or displacement, we know how hard it is for them mentally. Research has proven time and time again how much more vulnerable children are compared to adults. To support them in tough times, we want to bring our talents to these children who deserve more than the world has given them.

About Crochet With Kindness's Founder

Hilary is a 16-year-old residing in the Philippines. She found her love for crochet in the summer of 2024 and since then, she's spent most of her time crocheting items for herself and for family. Recently, in May of 2025, she began her own business called "Hilarity&Hooks" dedicated to selling quality crochet items to her customers. Before she started crocheting, she found her love in drawing and arts when she was just in elementary. Thankful for the blessings she has received, she wants to help other kids who have suffered from abandonment, loss, grief, and abuse. She wants to provide a sense of comfort and stability to young people who go through rough times without enough resources to support themselves.
